1982 Convention - Denver, Colorado
The Eighth Annual NDGA Convention was held at Stouffer's
Denver Inn in Denver, Colorado, on July 2-4, 1982. The Chairmen
of the Convention was Helen Johnson, with Grace Barlow acting as
Glass Show Chairman. The Convention was sponsored by the Rocky
Mountain Depression Glass Society. This Convention was a bit
unusual, in that there was a sneak Preview on Friday, but the
Convention and Show ran from 11am to 9pm on Saturday, with no
banquet. Instead, there was a "Stockman's Brunch" held on Sunday
morning, with the Glass Show opening at noon and running until
6pm. These long hours have not been repeated since.

There were three seminars presented at the eighth Convention
in Denver. The speakers and their topics were:
- Fenton Roundup - Lt. Col. & Mrs. William Edwards
- Ridin' the Range with Adam to Windsor - Ken Grubenhof
- Frontier Fostoria - Gene & Marilyn Loveland
There were three special guests of the NDGA at the Convention
in Denver:
- Pat McGrain, Frederick, MD
- Larry & Zona Miller, Laveen, AZ, providing glass identification.

Displays
At the moment, we are limited by the information in the
program, and there were likely some displays of glass offered at
the Convention in Denver, but the program does not list them. If
