There are many National organizations which are dedicated to the study of either a single manufacturer or a specific type of glassware. If your collection is rather specific, tending toward a single manufacturer or a special type of glass, you should consider joining one (or more) of the organizations listed below.
For any National organization not listed, we welcome your information and will post it below for you. Collectors, these organizations typically offer you a regular newsletter, an annual convention, and many of them sponsor a museum dedicated to the specific company they represent. If your collecting passion is centered on a single company you should join the national organization related to that manufacturer. You won't be disappointed.

The NDGA is an organization for individual collectors and also for clubs which relate to Depression-era glassware. One of the benefits of a local club joining the NDGA is the listing in both the News & Views newsletter, and inclusion in the table below. In addition, member clubs receive a free quarter-page advertisement once a year in the NDGA Newsletter to advertise a club show or fund-raiser. Clubs which sponsor an NDGA Convention in their city are granted lifetime membership in the NDGA. For information regarding enrollment of your club in the NDGA, contact our Membership Chairman at membership@ndga.net.
All of the hard work to put on the Convention can be credited to the members of these clubs. Perhaps your club would be willing to sponsor a future NDGA Convention. If so, contact the NDGA President or any Board Member. It's a lot of work, but well worth the effort. And it's a chance for your members to share some of the wonderful glass from their private collections with the rest of us.

While the National Depression Glass Association is intended for collectors from everywhere in the country (and folks outside the USA are welcome, too), we all recognize that there are organizations located all across the country which are also dedicated to the study, preservation and celebration of the wonderful glassware we all love. The NDGA encourages its members to join a local organization and participate in the meetings and activities sponsored on a local or regional basis.
New things come up all the time.
